Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (Carrizo) is an independent energy company engaged in the exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the total proved reserves 347.6 billion cubic feet (Bcfe). In 2007, the Company operated 153 producing oil and gas wells, which accounted for 75% of the onshore Gulf Coast area production and approximately 85% of the Barnett Shale production.
